This week marks the start of second quarter… yay!

This Week in AP Physics
We will complete unit four on energy ideally by Monday to test on Tuesday, but let’s get real. I’m probably overly optimistic as usual, so the test may be Wednesday. We’ll also begin unit five on momentum this week.Guess what we’ll do in unit five! Notes, tremendously great problems, workbook pages, AND three experiments! SO GOOD! To help you prepare for the unit 4 test, the progress checks are now visible on AP Classroom. There are two sets of multiple choice and one set of FRQs. No points will be awarded for doing these, but they are available to help you. Let me know if you’re stuck on any, and we can take a look at them.

This Week in Physics
On Monday we will complete assignment 4 on upwardly-launched projectiles together in class. We will take a quiz over projectiles (goal set 2) on Tuesday, and on Tuesday into Wednesday we’ll complete an experiment on projectile motion. Our unit 2 test will be on Thursday. Next week: The *force* will be with us!
